CFS-887, methylsilane BIS (trimethylsiloxy) mit Cas No .1873-88-7 ist eine farblose klare Flüssigkeit, auch genannt als Heptamethyltrisiloxane. Es besitzt in hohem Grade aktive Silikonwasserstoffbindung, die hauptsächlich benutzt wird, um Si-cart trisloxane Tenside über Silyladditionsreaktion mit beendetem Allylpolyäther zu synthetisieren.
